SIMON HAD BEEN STRUGGLING TO REGAIN HIS FITNESS FOR A FEW YEARS…. IT HAD STARTED TO AFFECT HIS HEALTH, HIS ENERGY AND HIS BODY CONFIDENCE. HE KNEW SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE!

I’d always been active in my 20’s and 30’s but now in my 40’s, what worked before to keep me fit and in shape, didn’t work any more!

Plus i couldn’t dedicate hours upon hours to stay in shape anymore, i’m a busy professional with lots of travel so my routine changes weekly. After covid, like many people, i guess i just got stuck in a rut and found it difficult to get going again!

I’d been to gyms for years and had finally decided i needed help getting myself going again but i wanted more than just a random gym from a standard trainer at the gym, i wanted to really see what i could achieve and so i sought out CMP.

THE TURNING POINT CAME WHEN I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND REALISED I’D LET MYSELF GO

Finally having the support and expertise i needed has been a game changer for me! I’ve not been in this shape before and i’m the lightest i’ve been for a long time.

I’ve lost nearly 30lbs, dropped the gut and finally feel good again - i can run for distance again, i feel fit and strong and honestly feel like i’m starting over again. I feel amazing in my forties!

What i’ve now learnt is that there’s no reason to accept getting out of shape and struggling to lose fat as you get older!

A surprising benefit has been my energy! very quickly, after my audit, i realised that my nutrition and how i was fuelling my body was completely off.

And to my suprise, i was told that i wasn’t eating enough to fuel the body that i wanted because as you know, when you want to lose weight you kind of expect to have to eat much much less.

In fact i was expecting to have to start a low calorie diet but actually it’s been the opposite!

I’ve realised how important protein is, what type of carbs to eat to get the most out of the gym and when to go up in calories, not just down! And the results have been way more than i expected!

THE RESULTS? WAY MORE THAN I EXPECTED… my transformation DELIVERED MORE THAN I THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE FOR ME AT MY AGE!

I can honestly say now, that i wasted years going to the gym without help.

I always thought that i knew best, but it wasn’t true!

I was making mistakes that were holding me back from making progress that i didn’t even know i was making! My results in just a few months have completely blown me away and i would recommend working with Chris and his team highly if you’re looking to truly achieve results.
