It’s rather simple, we do or we don’t.

The crazy thing about solving problems like the impact of the menopause is that we fall into two camps of thinking;

You could be in camp one and you're solely focussed on feeling better. You're fed up of negative self talk, being unhappy with your body and feeling frustrated with diet and exercise.

Emotionally you want to feel good.

Or you're in camp two, where you want all of the benefits that camp one brings but you're thinking practically and making decisions based on trying to break down every scenario.

How is this going to work and how much am going to spend on this?

How do i fit this into my schedule and can i do it another way?

In your training up to here,

We've already established some of the internal and external barriers that are preventing you from moving forward.

If you can't remember them, drop back to day 3 and 4 or the series and look at what you wrote down.

The power of this is to change the narrative

Take Jackie For Example

She wanted to lose the belly fat that had 'crept' on when going through the menopause and she wanted to feel strong and confident enough to get back into teaching Yoga.

At the start, feeling unhappy with her body was affecting her work and the things she loved to do.

But at 50, she realistically couldn't do the crazy workouts she'd have done in her 20's and she also needed something to fit around her family life and kids without breaking the bank.

Same for Gina too!

She wanted rid of the belly fat but also couldn't face following a super low calorie plan that demonised her glass of wine on a Friday evening.

She’d gone to gyms for years but never saw her body ‘shape up’ in the way she did using my programs.

She’d always feared that lifting weights would make her bulky and manish (if that’s even a word!) but the opposite was true.

She came in at her waist and lost the belly bulge.

Heck, Ruth was that busy with work and the grandkids that she could only workout for four hours per week and STILL achieved these results.

Feeling happier, looking younger and able to wear the clothes she wanted and looked good in rather than wearing what she could squeeze into.

so logically, if you’re seeing other ladies achieving exactly what you want, then you can see that it’s achieveable for you too!

So let's get started on achieving your first goal of;

  • dropping a dress size

  • losing between 5-10lbs

  • mastering nutrition and solid exercise routine

  • seeing a pathway forward so that in a matter of months you're back to your best.
