Your why?
Hey guys,
Today we’re going to get right to it?
Mastering this whole Menopause thing and getting yourself looking and feeling better, why is that important to you?
And what’s driving you to make this behaviour change with exercise, nutrition and daily habits so that you have more energy, less brain fog and happier?
Because i want to be honest with you,
Without you being driven by a strong ‘why’ you’re going to find it easier to slip back into old habits,
You’re going to find yourself blaming your hormones and your metabolism again,
And you’re going to find yourself stuck.
So today is a path of discovery.
For some of you, your why is that you’ve always been a size 10-12 and want to get back to that, for others is that you’re fed up of feeling tired and moody around your family and friends and no longer want to be that way.
For each of you, your ‘why’ is going to be different but just as important.
So i want you to reply to my text / email with your why.

That should you ever lose your way or your focus be challenged, you look towards to keep you moving in the right direction.
Plus there a constant reminder of the life that you want to live that’s different to how things are now and you’re the one that stands to benefit from them if you make them happen.
